As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
FREE Shipping applies to the select product, or products, over $500 only and is only valid within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders that ship to an address other than your billing address will be subject to further verification and may not ship same day.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com

International Shipping Policy:
We currently only provide free shipping to the lower 48 states, however we do accommodate for international shipping. Email us to get specific rate quotes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
The majority of our products (including DJI products) are covered under manufacturer's warranty. Easy Shop Drone does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as Easy Shop Drone does not make, manufacture, or fabricate any of the products found herein.
And remember: These parts can be complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. The warranty does not cover, and Easy Shop Drone is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. Easy Shop Drone is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from use of any equipment purchased at Easy Shop Drone.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
We offer a 7-day 'buyer's remorse' return policy. Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked.
Opened boxes cannot be returned unless there is a verification of damaged goods upon receiving the product. Any defective merchandise need to be reported to Easy Shop Drone within 7 business days of the order.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Opened packages, after 48 hours from purchase, are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned.
